Alberta grows a great deal of grain and, for most of a century, sent nearly all of it somewhere else. That has changed. There is now a serious distilling industry between here and the foothills, and most of it is still small enough that the person who made the bottle will happily tell you about it.
Bow & Barrel puts five Alberta distillers across the back bar for an evening. A guided flight, a cocktail built from each, and no lecture longer than the pour it belongs to.
