A chinook can lift Calgary twenty degrees in an hour. The snow goes, the streets run wet, and for one strange afternoon in February the city behaves like somewhere else entirely. Then it's over.
The Chinook Sessions works the same way. We hand the well to a visiting bar program for a single night. They bring four drinks, we pour them alongside our own, and by the next evening the back bar is back to normal.
